On the first K-State game day weekend the RCPD in cooperation with the Kansas Highway Patrol held a DUI Checkpoint along Kimble Blvd. in Manhattan, KS. A number of individuals were cited for driving under the influence of alcohol.
If you received a DUI citation in relation to this checkpoint, you have 14 days from August 31st, 2012 to submit a drivers license hearing request.
